Jan Jugueta studied at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, where he earned a Bachelor of International Studies followed by a Master of Research. He also broadened his academic experience through exchanges at the Universität Hamburg and the Universität Duisburg-Essen. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD, conducting a sociological investigation into how talent is perceived and developed across different cultures. Prior to his doctoral studies, Jan served as Head of Scouting and Recruitment at two professional football clubs in Australia.
